Villa Features

Villa Verde was fostered out of a stone from the island of Brač. Situated in a peaceful and isolated residential area of Split on the peripheries of the park-forest Marjan, and only a short walk from the town center and Diocletian palace. It proposes a gorgeous view from the top of Marjan on both the ancient and fresh parts of Split. Well concealed from sights, you can relish beautiful outdoor areas that involve a sauna and a swimming pool with an expansive garden designing a seamless match for adoring the superb weather.

Villa Verde, with a stunning view of the waterfront, the islands and the sea, can lodge up to eight people and it is the complete accommodation for groups of friends or big families. Fully remodeled in 2007, the villa is now tailored with first quality equipment and amenities.

The indoor area spans over 360 square meter of land. You can find four luxurious bedrooms on the first floor with two lavish bathrooms and a terrace that features an amazing panorama of the harbor enveloped by the sea and islands.

The ground floor comprises of the kitchen and three commodious rooms that are joined through a loggia to the pool and the terrace. The loggia is an ideal spot for a breakfast in serenity or a morning coffee and the terrace could be fancied the best in the afternoons and evenings.

The terrace surrounding the pool is outfitted with a table, deck chairs and beach umbrella. The pool and the lights inside and around it present a chance to rejuvenate later in the evening after a tiring day or to have a pleasant outdoor evening with friends or family.

The villa is perfectly positioned near the center of Split which is sprinkled with historic sights, coffee bars, shops restaurants and this is from where you can start your expeditions along the Dalmatian coast.
