Villa Stancia Cocci has seen over 200 years and it presents to its visitors the tranquility, privacy, peace and tradition, with a dash of luxury. The villa is situated on a scenic land that is enveloped by vineyards, olive groves, and forests. Recently, it underwent the renovation, preserving its genuinely charming outlook and the conventional components of Istrian architectural inheritance, with the motive of delivering utmost comfort to its valuable guests.

The house is portioned into two extensions; the bedrooms are all found on the upper levels. Whereas, a fully functional kitchen, dining area with a fireplace and commodious living room, are all on the ground floor.

Natural ingredients and revamped old furnishings is what make it really distinctive. It can accommodate 10 persons in five of its deluxe bedrooms, each bedroom having en-suite bath.
